I lost my phone and sim card and have been trying to get a sim swop. MTN has been asking me all sorts of funny security questions! I have been using the same number for over 10 years! The sim card was RICA'd aswell so please tell me whats the problem! I need this sorted out immediately, Vodacom does not give their clients so much grief!
