Pathetic customer relationship

I lost my sim card. I was told to get a new sim card from Pick 'n Pay. They had to Rica the sim card at the shop, which is totally useless for if Cell C has to do a sim card swop for me. Again I went and got another sim card from Pick 'n Pay. After having a huge fight with Cell C & Pick. 'n Pay I eventually got another sim card for my phone, for Cell C to do a sim swop for me! After phoning their number, I was told that it will take 2 - 4 working hours for Cell C to do my sim swop on Monday 24th June as Cell C - contracts dept doesn't work on Sundays!
Well at the end of today 24th June & 4 phone calls later to Cell C customer care department, my sim card swop is still being done! The crapiest of service ever from Cell C. They have a brilliant network in that you can get good coverage almost anywhere but their customer level of service is non exist ant! They employ useless staff!
