High levels of Incompetance

I lost my prepared sim card on the 9th of October 2013... called mtn call centre to get my sim swop, got some security questions wrong.well i was told i need an a police affidavit which i did..got assiste.lost the sim card the same day. From that day it has been a roller coster for me i was told after i will get my sim swop after month, I have been calling the call centre every day, did another affidavit and left my new sim number with Nosipho and she promised to assit that was 4days ago..I have used this number for the past many years..i cant imagine life without my number. I have lost countless opportunity due to that number missing
