SUPACHARGE BONUS NOT CORRECTLY RECEIVED

I tried to buy a R300 Cell C airtime voucher from Checkers Jeffreysbay, as I did for the past 2 months. But their system refuse to work on Cell C today and gives only R5/R10 even when the cashier types R300. So they suggested I rather go buy it elsewhere. So I went to PEP Stores in Jeffreysbay and asked for R300 Cell C voucher. When I received my slip it was 3 x R100 vouchers. The cashier said they do not sell R300 vouchers. And they could not give my money back after they print the voucher. So I loaded the airtime adding up to R300 within seconds from each other. Clearly a R300 top up. But when I recharged, my balance only gave me 450 free minutes/mb/sms valid for 7 DAYS. For a R300 recharge on supacharge you are supposed to get 900 free minutes/mb/sms valid for 30DAYS. So I phoned the call centre, but Saleka and Wayne said theres no way I can get 900 supacharge bonus if I recharge with 3 x R100 vouchers. But there is no shop in Jeffreysbay where I can get a 1 x R300 voucher. According to the Consumer Act they must have stock available for purchase if they advertise it! But no shop carries that voucher in town! Clearly my recharge was R300 once off, even if 3 vouchers.
