Faulty Galaxy Note III

I upgraded my phone contract and received a new Galaxy Note 3 which works with a micro sim card as opposed to my old phone. Vodacom delivered the device without a sim card. I applied for a sim swop on the same day when I received the device on 08-10-2013 at Vodashop in Vodaworld Midrand. I was told to wait between 2 and 24 hours in order for the new sim to be activated. At 12:00 on 09-10-2013, my old phone and my new sim also did not have service connections. I called Vodacom to enquire about the sim swop, the consultant told me that the request for the sim swop was not processed and that he would do it himself.

I called Vodacom today and it was determined that the sim swop was done properly however it is the phone that has the problem - the new sim works in another persons phone and that person's sim card does not work in my new phone. Vodacom told me that I might not get a new replacement phone until Monday 14-10-2013 because deliveries are not done over the weekend. This is not my problem!

VODACOM, PLEASE GIVE ME A NEW PHONE BY TOMORROW OR CANCEL MY CONTRACT!
