This happen 30.12.2013, the entire day i had thought the was a signal problem in my area when i noticed that no calls are comming thru to me. i called customer care and asked what is wrong and they say a sim swop wasa done on my number and is has been apporved, how the do you get this right with all the security questions that i had to go thru to get my number back, now i have to go in to a vodacom shop to do a sim swop, this is messed up my entire day i need my phone for word and this had me loose a lot of business.
vodacom please wake the k up and assist me!!! and hope this will not go un noticed once again
