My brother lost his cellphone and needed a SIm swop. He could not remember the security questions but why is that when he went to the branch with ID and proof of address that they still insisted on asking security qustions! surely the reason for secuirty questions on the phone is because they cannot positively ID you. but he went there personally with ID etc, they still refused to Sim swop and said he must do an affidavit and fax it to H.O!! this is ridiculous as far as I am concerned. Now my brother gave up and bought another sim card and used a new cell number, which is unfair. I have never experienced such stories from Vodacom or even Cell C. The person who his cell is still using the number on whatsapp for that matter!
