I took out a contract with MTN Direct for the Samsung Pocket and Samsung Galaxy Camera.
Two Days later I received only the Samsung Galaxy phone only. When I contacted the Call centre, the wrong contract had been loaded. When I contacted the Call centre I was assured that someone will call back and arrange for the phone to be picked up. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have made around 10 calls to MTN customer care and none of the staff actually wants to arrange for this. MTN customer service is horrific!!!
