The Promotional Contract: MTN AnyTime 100 for a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Smartphone Samsung 32"LED TV was signed 4 weeks ago on the 13 January 2013, in store at the Cresta Shopping Centre Branch, Shop U218A.
The phone was available in store and was handed over. The 32" LED TV was not available in store and I was advised that it would be delivered to my home address and that I would be contacted by the Courier when they would deliver, a reference number was provided.
After 2 weeks, no call or TV had been received. I phoned the courier to find out why, only to be told that the address was not clear, there was no problem with the address, then that they had not received the 3rd Party Licence! Since then, after numerous calls to the Branch and the courier, all of the information was re-sent several times, but still no delivery.
My husband visited the Branch to voice our dissatisfaction to the Sales Rep and Assistant Branch Mgr who said he would follow up on the matter and contact me. I have received one call only to tell me he was waiting for someone to come back to him, that was over a week ago.
I am very disappointed with the service from MTN and the excuses that keep coming up.
