I sent an online req. to pre-order the samsung galaxy note 3. They called me with a price. I told the sales rep that i want the samsung galaxy note 3 and the samsung galaxy gear together. I told them to call me as soon as they have wold on the samsung galaxy note 3 and the samsung galaxy gear together as i am due for an up grade. The rep assured me that they will contact me as soon as they get pricing or stock.
They did not as yet.
I called them on 09.10.2013 and they told me they had 100 of samsung galaxy note 3 and the samsung galaxy gear together and giving them on contract. And told me it is now sold out. they said it was for 07.10.13 & 08.10.13.
On 07.10.13 i signed a contract for the note 3 and was not even told about the free gear.
Why was i not contacted with the info?
i want my free gear!!!
