I refer to my HelloPeter complaint made on 23/01/2014. I received the incorrect colour phone on 22/01/2014 and sent the phone back on 24/01/2014. The same day I contacted the sales department and they advised that they only have 50 units left of the (WHITE) Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus. When I sent the phone back I sent everything that came along with it (including the sim card) with RAM couriers... no one told me that I wasn't supposed to send the sim card back! Now I'm paying for a contract that I dont even own, nor do I have a phone to use... This problem has been going on since 06/01/2014 and its becoming rather frustrating now. The phone is currently at the repair/inspection centre, I see no reason for it to take long as I didn't open the phone's box. I expect this matter to be finalised by this week and a new (WHITE) Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus to be sent to me as I have been very inconvenienced by paying for a phone and contract that I dont even have in my possession!
