I made a call to family in the USA, I was then charged close to R8.00 per minute.
Called CellC before my debit order went through to query. They took over a month to get back to me - AFTER the money had been taken off my account.
Their exact words: "Good day, Thank you for contacting CellC, Kindly be advised that the has called premium rated number XXX, the cost for this area is 13.143Cents/1Seconds, Regards CellC"
My call was to family, to a residential land line number. On the CellC website, calls to the USA are billed at 99c/MINUTE
First thing is Hellopeter, next ASA.
Fix it CellC, your callcentre is useless.
