My Mother Mrs J.G Raath Applied for the contract with Mtn with the samsung galaxy pocket phone and the samsung 32" tv they promised to delivered the tv 2 Weeks after the delivery of the phone after that we did not hear from MTN again after we start phoning the branch in bronkhorstspruit they started with blame shifting and told us that the supplier SAMSUNG does not have TV any more but they will phone us back with no luck we started to contact the regional manager Mr Christo with Tel no 0832000113 and he never came back to us since then we tried to speak to mtn themself but also ith no luck only empty promises we even spoke to a guy called bongi from Mtn who promised us he will take this futher and he will come back to us within 2 days and this mater will be resolve we sent his an email dated 29/08/2013 still no reply or even a phone call. Then i Received a Call from MTN Direct when one of my contract was expiring to upgrade my phone when we spoke the the Mr Naidoo from MTN he assured us that we will not have a problem if we take the upgrade through them to get our own tv delivered to us in time so we also accepted to take the samsung galaxy Pocket with the 32" Samsung tv but as
