My fiance got her an upgrade from S1 to S4 she was excited, but did not last long. Every minute this phone drops signal twice, drops calls and internet is frustrating when no service. Take the phone back after the 3rd day cause we got irritated. With Vodacom new rules within 7 days they must send it away. They apparently could not find anything wrong with it as if they looked at it. Three days later the store phones and say the phone will be back on the Friday cause it went to JHB. My fiance phoned on Friday to find out if the phone is there. Guess what still in JHB. Now the new date is Monday and the fools we are we wait till Monday and to add to the frustration" the courier did not come today sorry". Eventually my fiance receive the call on Tuesday. She goes in collect the phone and put in the SIM. Same thing. Then Vodacom staff witnesses the issue with phone. The Samsung rep takes screen shot of the problem and sends it in. Asked them to please let me know before COB. I phoned at 18h00 and nobody knows anything. Spoke to girl which needs some lifeskills. Rude is not the word. Another day goes by Q unanswered. Very dissappointed Vodacom/Samsung customer. SIM works in other phones
