Epair on phone take 5 wks, collection date change

Samsung handset was submitted to vodacom westgate on 12/1/2013, after several calls from customer on progress phone was finally repaired, i phone on thu 14/2 said i can collect phone on saturday, then on monday 18/2, when i phoned today, phone was send via courier from cresta on friday 15/2 will only arrive at westgate
branch tuesday 19/2 - i need to phone tomorrow to see if the phone reached westgate repairs.
job nr 8497198, i phoned head office to lodge complain, lady just said there is nothing she can do, i phoned cresta spoke to chantelle, explained problem, made another promise that phone will be ready tommorow...
