EXTREMELY frustrating!!!

I have a Samsung S4 Mini. It completely froze and I could do nothing to get it to work. I removed the battery and then tried to restart it but it would only get as far as the initial start up screen and it does this continuously. I phoned the customer care line on Wed 30/10 and they told me to phone 155 (Data help line). No problem. I explain the problem to them and they tell me to go to my nearest Voda Shop. I explain to them that I live 200km's away from my nearest Vodashop but they had no other options for me. I phoned back to find out if there was no other plan I could make, as I am unable to leave work and spend R500 on diesel, but the answer I got was that that was the only way to fix this issue. When I asked who is going to pay my fuel cost, she said I should phone Samsung. I phone Samsung and they say I must speak to Vodacom.
I phoned back and asked the lady to speak to a team leader/supervisor. She takes the details and THEN only says they can collect the phone and give me a loan phone. Nothing has happened (Friday now). I have mailed customer care but he sends a mail to tell me he cant get hold of me... MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING. It has been a whole week with no phone!
