New contract - blackberry

On Sunday the 3rd I applied online for two new blackberry z10 with the new LTE drive. Monday I phoned to find out when I will be receiving the phones only to be told they never received the order and re did a new one. The tuesday when I phone, I was told that the person who did the contract did it wrong and a Mr Mcebisi re did a new one and assured me that I will have my phones the following day or the latest Thursday. On Thursday my husband phoned and was told that he battled to find the new backerry with the LTE drive, but managed to get them and that will receive it the next day. Two days later i tried and left numerous messages for Mr. Mcebisi to phone me as every time I phoned he was on lunch or tea, but he never returned my calls. On Monday when I phoned him he told me that the phones was by the courier company. To day I spoke to his manager and was informed that they don.'t have any phones in stock and they will only receive stock in 3 weeks time and that he is going to send me the normal blackberry z10. Where is the integrity of Vodacom insuring me a first that they have stock and that it has been send with the couriers. All I want is the new BB Z10 LTE as advertised.
