Bad Attitude and not keeping up to a romise

On the 1st of December whilst on holiday in Durban i went to the gateway Vodacom shop to upgrade my contract to a Samsung S4, the saleman - Niran assisted me, but did not register my phone with Samsung, when i got back to Joburg on the 4th December, i could not hear when anyone phoned me or i made calls. I then phoned the calls centre and was told to take the phone back to Durban... I took the phone to my nearest Vodacom shop in Lenasia Trade route, the salesman after hearing were i got the phone didnt even want to touch it and told me to go the Vodacare shop in Alberton. When i got back to work i took the phone to our corporate branch, Donald took in the phone and sent it for OBF on the 6th December. I had to phone and email to find out if it was approved on several occasions, eventually it was approved after I had to visit the shop and insist that he phones again. They did not do a sim swop give me a cover that I had on my screen or did they register the phone at Samsung, I had to go the Vodacom shop Trade route IT department to put all my contacts on my phone and have them register it with Samsung, I had to payR150.00.
I want Vodacom/Samsung to replace my screen cover&money
