TERRIBLE SERVICE

My phone is due for an upgrade - i went into the vodacom store on Friday (after trying to phone them for 3 days solid-with no answer). i stood in the store like a with no one offering any help, i eventually approached a man- which he responded "im busy with another customer" another man approacheded me saying "so whats the problem" i said excuse me- how about good day mam how may i help you? - eventually i was given an option of phones. i went back on monday to get my upgraded galaxy S3- a lady Noma helped me- very polite- she told me she will be 15 min to complete the upgrade- i went to the woolies and came back, noma told me i cant have the phone today as they need to do a sim swop for a micro simcard- i must come tomorrow at 12:00, i sent my employee tuesday at 1:00, noma called then and said that she doesnt have my phone in stock i must come on friday. Friday morning i called her on her cell phone- she tells me she doesnt have my phone in stock, and she doesnt know when she will have it, but she ill try find out and call me back. well 3 hours later still no phone call. im disgusted in the service from vodacom and will now find another network!!!
