I purchased a samsung in December 2012, A few months later I noticed people were trying to contact me but eventually went to voicemail meanwhile my phone showed that there was nothing wrong, So I borrowed a friends phone and sent mine to be repaired. Well after getting it back about a week later it started doing the same, I own an aftercare and cannot be without my phone I need this phone replaced of with immediate effect as I am in care of children and need my phone at hand. This phone was never repaired proparly from the start.
If it had been it would not do the same again. I went to Vodacom in the Kolonade and what a joke. There was a sign up at both tech tables to say it has been closed until further notice. I used to have my contract with Vodacom for many years but the bad service was just too much so I moved to another company and have not had a single problem. I WANT A NEW PHONE!!!
