Epare/replace Samsung galaxi s4

I got my Samsung Galaxi S4 phone on 2013/09/01 and started having problems with it in November 2013. Gave my phone in at Vodacom World at customer care on 23 November and told them what the problem was. They replaced the battery and i got my phone back on the Monday with the new Battery. The Phone started to have the same problem by draining the battery life all at once and obviously the fault was with the phone and not the battery as the Guy who assisted me on the Saterday explained to me that the phone and the battery was faulty. Vodacom did not even look at the phone. On 27 November i gave my phone in again at Vodacom customer care and told them i want a new phone as this one is not even 3 months old and will be 3 months old on 1st Decemeber. I received sms from Vodacom on 27, 28, 29 November and 02 December on Job nr 9411082. After that never again and had to phone them on 09 December. Up untill now i have not heard from them and told them on the 09 December that they need to peplace my phone as its still new. Nobody came back to up untill now with any feedback.
