Wrongfully blacklisting of a phone

I purchased a blackberry torch 9810 on contract from mtn about 2 years ago and recently upgraded to a samsung s4. When samsung s4 was giving problems I sent it back 2 mtn 2 be repaired and decided 2 use my blackberry in the meantime. upon switching my phone on I noticed it said phone not allowed mm6 so I called mtn 2 query. they then told me it was blacklisted by vodacom. I then called vodacom they told me 2 go 2 a vodacom store and fax thru the necessary papers ie affidavit and blacklisting forms which was done. 2 days later I was called and asked 2 fax proof of contract so I went in on a saturday 2 giv the proof and was told I have 2 wait till monday 4 a response because the blacklisting section is closed. I was without a phone 4 a full week because of vodacom blacklisting the wrong phone and making me run up and down 2 give them proof and up till 2day my phone is still blacklisted and I am frustrated that I am without a phone 4 so long.
