We recently moved and now have a major problem with Cell C! It shows that we have full signal and 3G yet we cannot make or receive calls, sms's or ANYTHING!!! This is driving us mad and we have contacted Cell C on numerous occasions!!! Cell C sent us a form to fill out and said one of technicians will come to our house! That was almost a month ago and still no one has come and nothing has been done!! We phone every day and they keep promising to come or to contact us but they just don't!!! We are sick of this now!!! We have three Cell C contracts and can't do anything with them!!! When we need to make calls or do work etc we have to drive down the road!!! It's pathetic now!!! We are paying for a service that Cell C is NOT providing!!!
