Samsung s4 blurred camera

I had opened a contract for a Samsung S4 less than a month ago after two weeks i noticed the camera went blurry so i had taken the phone in to get changed but since it was over 7 days i could not get a new phone so it had to get repaired after being sent to the Vodacom repair shop the next day i had went to fetch my phone the camera was still blurry so i took it back in they then told me that they will have to send my phone to Jhb it would take about ten to fifteen days when my phone got back it had the same problem and the report had said there is no fault with the phone i am very upset with the news as i had to do without my phone for all those days for nothing i am now waiting on a report as to what they are going to do which i am probably going to get a re furbished phone which i will not accept i want a new phone as this phone is not even a month old and giving me problems so why should i have to pay every month for a second hand phone
