Please assist me

I upgraded my vodacom contract and changed my brand of phone from nokia to samsung, solely because your phone seemed like a better option.it has been troublesome from the word go.vodacom has repaired it twice now.a lady from your samsung offices has even called me to follow up on how the phone is working now.i explained to her that i had just received the phone back from vodacare a day before so it was too early to tell.she said that she would call me back after a week or so but did not.maybe she tried though but this phone has not been allowing me to receive any calls for a week now and i only realised it today.vodacom has been dragging their feet in trying to solve the problem once and for all.i have many samsung appliances at home from lounge to laundry.i have become brand loyal to samsung, that is the reason for me trying out your phone.please assist me in sorting out this problem
