Vodacom incompetent with Samsung repairs

I have a Galaxy S3 which is currently not working. I have sent it in in April due to the phone not starting and they did a software upgrade and told me it was fixed. In July my phone refused to start and it got sent to the advanced repairs center and was given back to me after all my data was wiped saying that there was no fault found. My phone now for the 3rd time this year will not start after having it been repaired twice. I had phone the repair center to query a replacement on the phone but they were reluctant to help. I have since taken the phone to the Samsung Service Center who had told me that there is a hardware fault and I need the mainboard replaced and now they do not have stock so I will have to wait a while before my phone will be repaired. Now I would like a new phone at the moment because vodacom clearly does not know how to repair a Samsung nor do they know anything about it since after having the same problem 2 times, it was not fixed. I want a replacement model immediately because I will be traveling soon. I am paying for a phone that I do not have due to incompetence of the repair center.
