I wrote a complaint a month or longer about my samsung that had been repaired and came back with the same problem. I got an e-mail NO CUSTOMER CARE to say I must resubmit my phone for repairs. Well I took it to the Kolonade Vodacom 4u on the 12th of August. Last weekend I contacted Hatfield because that is where my phone was sent for repairs, they confirmed that they had received my phone on that same day supposedly repaired it and returned it to the Kolonade branch on the 14th. Now I was mad my phone had been there for over 3 weeks and NO-ONE contacted me. I went in to collect my phone and when I asked why I was not contacted all I got was sorry for the inconvenience. HAHAHAHAHAHA. I have had my phone for 4 days and it still does what it did before AND now it constantly jams. WHAT MUST A PERSON DO???
