I William Monyepao I.D number 8110065683087, had contract with vodacom on 0764246267. i called to upgrade to Samsung S4 and immediately the same day i called to say that i dont want to updgrade anymore..they told me that they are going to deliver it and i have to reject it and let the deliver guy to return with it. The delivery guy therefore came and left the phone with the receiptionist and when i came to work from fieldwork the receiptionist tell me about the phone. i immeadiately called vodacom and they told me to me that the email is send to Admin people to sent people to pick it. i have been calling from the 12-07-2013 and even today no one came to pick it..when i call everyday i speak to different people and always telling about sending the email and nothing is happening. i need this thing to get attention and ecause if the phone get lost at the receiption. i will be the one to be blamed.
