Phone upgrade/trying 2 return wrong item delivered

Over 3 weeks ago I ask 4 upgrade 2 a white BBY Q10 for my wife. Vodacom sends me a black one, despite our conversations being recorded and me faxing instructions to Vodacom RE the colour. Voda apologises and tells me i will have to wait up to 14 working days as they dont have phone in stock. I call them after 1 week to get an update, still no real ETA for the delivery so i ask them to just cancel the upgrade and come and fetch the phone i received in error. Am told it will take 3-5 working days to do. Since then every 3 working days i call, and each time i get the same story: "we not sure when pickup will be as it is handled by Admin who have huge backlog". It's been 2 weeks since I have been told twice this, and once again yesterday. Upgrades department sends emails to Admin who do not act on it. You cant talk or email Admin directly as not allowed. RAM courier who are used by Vodacom are also in the dark as they need an instructions from Voda to come & collect. Funny thing is that RAM called me 2 weeks ago to get my pick up details, yet noone came and Vodacom did not know about it. This is an absolute joke as i cant even return the phone directly to Voda!
