The phone got damage in the 7 dae period. I took the phone back st Creenacres at PE and it was OBF approved. I asked them to send the phone to Pretoria. Sandy never called me to ask did I get the phone. So I tried to get the phone because the number she gave was not working anymore. I drove over 400km to get the phone which I never got. After a month of trying to get the phone or to cancel the contract she called me and gave me a Vodacom shops addres where to go and pick up the phone in Pretoria City. I got there just to here that the phone is not there but in Midrand and that RAM will deliver it at my house on 13/12/2013. At 3pm I called her to ask where is my phone she said "I thought you already have the phone". After 20 min she called me back to say the phone is back in PE and I will recieve it on 17/12/2013. I already paid for the phone for a month and is now half way in the new month wich I properbly also must pay for a phone which I almost never used.
I'm sick and tired to do Vodocoms work. I'm not paying extras on the couriers or on the months I dont have the phone.
