Bad Service/ upgrade

I called in to follow up on an upgrade that I did beginning of Jan since Vodacom has not bothered themselves to do so. I told the consultant that I last spoke to that I will be on leave and they needed to notify me when they deliver the phone as I would have to go back to the office. Today 18.01.2013 I am being told that the phone was supposed to be delivered on the 16th and I was not at work so the people at RAM left with my phone. Thandazile said that I should have known that when I receive a sms to say that it has been invoiced that they will be delivering. Now she is telling me that I have to wait for next week Tuesday. Can Vodacom tell me what to do in the mean time??? She also said that they don't follow up on upgrades?? What kind of a service is that?? Tuesday is far and what is going to happen next week as they don't follow up on calls?? This is some service should I have known I wouldn't have done an upgrade with Vodacom.
