I was handed over to MBD Attorneys by VODACOM for failing to pay the account which i dont even have. i only became aware of that when MBD was sending emails and smses that i need to pay my account to avoid further judgements. I called MBD several times to resolve this with no luck. I called VODACOM and i was advised to fax and email affidavit and ID Copy that i dont have account with VODACOM which i did. i was contacted by VODACOM and Legal Department and i was told that they cant pick up anything using my id number and the account number that MBD has given me. When i speak to VODACOM it tells me to ask for the contract details from MBD. When i call MBD to stop sending me emails and messages they tell me to contact VODACOM. The other lady from MBD told me that since VODACOM handed over my account to them even if i call Vodacom they wont pick up anything because my name is been removed from their data base and it is with MBD. I feel im been cheated by MBD and Vodacom i need clearity on this matter. i need tthis to be resolved urgently. so clearly im been blacklisted for nothing. i have never used VODACOM Network. Im an MTN subscriber. kindly please assist as im frustrated now
