Poor customer service

Hi everyone

So on the 18th November my wife applied for an upgrade through the vodacom call centre to upgrade to the new iPhone 5s. She received a message that the has been made and given an order number. Up till then we had great service.

We received a message on the 22nd November stating that the phone is ready for delivery. So my wife called vodacom to confirm which day they will deliver and they told her the 6th December.

This morning she phone vodacom to change the delivery address where the phone must be delivered tomorrow (6th Decemeber which they said they will deliver). She was told that they tried to deliver the phone 3 times already and no one was at home, they also said they tried to phone us but the number which they gave us isn't even ours.

So now they say its our fault and they must cancel the first deal and redo everything. I just find this unfair as she was told one thing by vodacom then they did there own thing and then they blame her when they didn't fulfill there end. They didn't even have our correct details, plus we had issues with data which had to phone them to sort out.

Its a short summary as there isn't enough space to give all the detail
