The right from the left do not know what they are

Again i start with vodacom, they keep on getting call sentres to speak on vodacom`s behalf and those people do not know what they are doing. VODACOM CANNOT FACE ME BY JUST PEAKING UP THE PHONE TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT THE PROPBLEM ALL THEY DO IS SENDING ME AN EMAIL FROM MY REPOSE TO YOU AND ALL THEY DO IS AKNOWLEDGE THAT MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN NOTED.
I SENT VODACOM AN EMAIL SO THAT WE COULD SORT THE PROBLEM OUT THAT WAS THE 14/01/2013 AND I HAVE HAD NOT REPLY. THERE IS A WAY OF DOING THIS BECAUSE I WANTED US TO COME TO A COMPROMISE BUT STILL NO RETURN.
VODACOM IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS, ALL THEY CAN DO IS SEND ME THREATENING LAWYERS ON BEHALF OF VODACOM THEY MUST BE VERY STUPID TO LET SOMETHING LOIKE THIS GO ON AND ON.
I AGAIN SAY THAT IF THEY LIST ME ON CREDIT BUREAU I WILL HAVE MY ATTORNEYS DEALING THEM WITH ME
