Cancelled Contract non Refund

In January 2013 i signed a MTN uncapped internet bundle with @lantica. MTN bundle was slow and dropped connection from 1st day. @lantica was informed. MTN was contacted & reconfiguration from MTN was unsuccessful so was @lanticas Nicos attemp on site to reconfigure. Manager expalined they were experiencing problems with MTN and promised to cancel MTN contract and got me to sign another contract for Yaclick. i signed 2 more contracts 1 for my home and 1 for my business. i was assured in writing the MTN contract will be cancelled and the debit order stopped. unfortunenately the Yaclick product installed in my home has the similar problems and the contract for my business was never installed due too the hight of the building but my bank account was debited for all 3 contracts total R10616.71. numerous attempts to get my promised refund is impossible & my bank account is still being debited for both MTN & Yaclick and @lantica has made every excuse to not refund me and insist i pay for the cancelled contracts yet i have in writing that they promised to cancel. now they threathen to hand me to lawyer yet i have not been using their products and have long been using a Telkom internet.
