Poor communication

We took out a Samsung S3 on contract, and only had the phone for about a month and it already had to go in for repairs regarding the phones software. The service we received at the Mtn shop was very good, and the phone was sent in for repairs. We were told that the phone will be back within 2 weeks. The Mtn repair centre sent the phone to the wrong branch and notified us that it will be ready for pickup on Tuesday 3rd of December. Since then I went in to the shop every day to find out if the phone is there, but still they haven't sent it yet... Its 3 weeks now since the phone was sent in and still nothing has been done to get the phone back to me. I have lost bussiness because of the poor comunication and service from the Mtn repair centre, because none of my clients could get hold of me for 3 weeks, and all they can say is that I have to wait another few days... I have been a very loyal client at Mtn for years, but because of this, I don't know if I will ever purchase a phone from Mtn again.
