SEND NEW PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS

WE SEND OUR BLACKBERRY 8520 IN FOR REPAIRS IN NOVEMBER 2012. MY HUSBAND IS ON THEIR EXPENSIVE BUSINESS CHAT. WE GOT THE PHONE BACK 28 DECEMBER 2012 BACK FROM THE REPAIRS CENTER, AND COLLECT IT AT ALBERTON SHOP. THE PHONE HAD THE WRONG COVER ON IT, THE RUBBER AROUND THE PHONE WAS SO BADLY DAMAGED. WE SEND IT BACK AFTER A BIG FIGHT WITH CELL C HEAD OFFICE, BECAUSE AT THAT STAGE WE WANTED TO CANCELLED THE CONTRACT. THEY SAID THAT WE HAVE 10 MONTHS REMAINING ON THE CONTRACT AND THAT WE HAVE TO PAID IT UP. WE WENT AND GOT THE PHONE BACK ON THE 18 FEBRUARY 2013 AFTER REPAIRED AGAIN. THE PHONE IS STILL DAMAGED AND THE WRONG BACK COVER. I PHONED THEM FROM ALBERTON STORE AND THEY SAID I MUST TAKE THE PHONE OR LEAVE IT, BUT THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK TO THEIR REPAIR CENTER AGAIN. BUT I WILL PAY MY ACCOUNT OR IN FULL, OR IN MY REMAINING MONTHS PER MONTH. CELL C IS THE WORSE I EVER MET IN MY LIFE. WE WILL NOT UPGRADE OR TAKE ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH THEM AGAIN AFTER OUR CONTRACTS ARE PAID UP. I WILL GO OVER TO VODACOM. BAD BAD SERVICE AND REPAIR CENTER. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GET A CELL C CONTRACT WITH THEM
