I contacted cell c to upgrade my phone, since my contract was due for an upgrade. I waited for a long time and when the phone finally arrives I now find myself sitting with 2 lines and not an upgrade keeping my existing line as per what was agreed. I havenot found any joy with dealing with you guys since! What is the issue?? Does one always have to keep using avenues such as hello peter to have u sort out your mess ups each time??..?
So I'm guessing also this month end I will be slapped with a bill for 2 lines???!
