I took out a Contract through Cell C on the 4th of February, I had the iPhone 5 for 11 days then the home button stopped working on the phone. The phone couldn't be fixed then they decided to send me an exchange unit the 27th of February. The Exchange Unit arrived but the phone was scratched and dent and never formatted. Cell C Centurion has send the unit back to Cell C repairs. Cell C Repairs decided to send me a refurbished unit again on the12th of March. When it arrived the phone had chip marks on it and scratched on the side. I have send the phone back again.
I'm dealing with the regional sales manager of Cell C: Barend Pretorius since the first incident. He is getting no help from the Cell C repair centre and no one can tell me when I can expect an exchange unit back that is in the same state before my phone started giving problems.
This is the worst service I have experienced in my whole life and I'm only a month and 9 days with this service provider.
