I got A blackberry Z10 MTN SP in April 2013 I sent the phone in 13 July 2013 for repairs a week later I got a "refurbished" unit back a week later the phone didn't even switch on!!! nI take it back the very next day with box and all and it gets sent in again a week later I call to find our how far the phone, the phone got sent back to the shop 2 saying the box and the phone don't match the phone has not been fixed replaced nothing just going between shop and repair centre and nothing has been done I have never known such ridiculous service or quality I have been and MTN customer for 16 years I will cancel this contract and never get a black berry or deal with MTN again
