Took my cell phone in thrice to Vodacom which they've sent to their repair centre, I collected my phone yet again two weeks ago for the third time and yet the phone is still giving me the same problem. I've been paying for the contract since November last year and the phone is still under warranty. I asked them to please replace the phone and they said that they could not replace it and that I should bring the phone back in and they'll see if they can repair it. How many more times should I take the phone back? I am expecting a baby and need my phone to contact my family should any emergency arise. I CANNOT use this phone to contact or sms anyone. Is this not against the consumer act!
