I sent my phone in to Vodacom for repair over three weeks ago. It is still under warranty so i was expecting it to be fixed and returned by now. However when Vodacom opened the phone they claim that the phone was missing screws.
They have proposed that I have two solutions being that i either pay around R7, 5k to repair the phone or I claim from my insurance company. When i said that neither of those were an option the situation was escalated. The person who guaranteed that his superior would contact me on Friday has not got back to me nor has his superior.
I have now sent emails, written on their facebook wall, spoken to their social media company and i have spent over two weeks speaking to different people from their call center trying to speak to someone who can resolve this situation for me.
I am at a loss and need help to resolve the situation.
