Repair fone was not repair after four weeks

Good day Vodacom
Firstly I'm using a blackberry 9380, so on the 8th of February 2013 I was giving in my phone for repairs at Vodacom Upington. They sent my phone to Kimberley because here in Upington there`s no repair center. After four weeks I celled in to check if my phone was received back, they sad no! my phone is still in Kimberley, I called Kimberley Vodacom repairs they sad no, they already sent my phone back on the 1st march 2013. I phoned Vodacom Upington again they sad my phone will be here in 3days time, so I wait. On the 11th march I received my phone from Vodacom Upington and guest what my phone was still not repair, I ask why they sad they will contact Kimberley Vodacom and get back to me???
Now tell me after almost five weeks to get a phone repair and is still not repair is the
"Power in my hands"
Cant be!!!
