On 4 July 2013 I took out a contract for a Samsung Galaxy S4 on Cell C.

Within the first few days I picked up that there was a problem with network coverage and calls were not coming through to me but going straight to voicemail and I could barely use my data as the signal kept dropping and sporadically coming back. As you can imagine this is very frustrating and I am basically paying for no/inferior service.

I went into the Altech Autopage Cellular Greenstone branch on 6th;13th;20th of July to complain about the above issue and kept being told that they would see what they would be able to do but there has still been no response forthcoming till now.

I contacted the call centre (0861 23 24 24). I spoke to a consultant (Stephanie Maroos) on 22 July 2013 and she advised me that they would send a technician to my residential area (Greenstone Hill) to check the network cabling but I informed her that it was a general problem and not justand not just restricted to my residential area. She promised I would receive a response would receive a response within 24 hours which never happened. I had requested a reference number and she indicated to me that I do not get one.

Beyond fed up!
