Failed to honour their promise

The port reversal was supposed to be executed by the MTN department yesterday. I called the Porting department yesterday at 11:00am and spoke to Sinazo, who then said the reversal was done and it would be done in 2 to 24hrs. Earlier today I called again and I spoke to Shamilla who said the reversal was done, who continued and said I must go to the nearest MTN branch to RICA the number. Upon arrival there I was told that the number is not with the MTN network. I again called and spoke to Mpho Melatu who told me that she sent the number again to the technicians, I will have to wait for 2 to 24hours again for the port to be reversed. I then asked to speak to Robbie Baker and I was told he has gone outside and further asked to speak to Sinazo or Shamilla who both refused to talk to me.
