I made a telephonic app with a lady called Nhlanhla Nkabinde, everything went well until i got my phone on Fri. I called customer service to check when will my phone be active, i spoke to Malefetsane Magooa he told me that my no. was placed on a future activation which is on the 12/11/13. i told Malefetsane that i never agreed on that and he promised me that he is going to escalate it to be a current activation and that i must wait for 24hours. i called on Sat i spoke to Mpho she told me the escalation has been acknowlegde by Monday 11/11/13 the phone will work. i called again on Sat i spoke to Sechaba he also assured me that the phone will be working on Mon.

Come Monday my phone is still not active i called again i spoke to Mpho she told me that the phone will go through activation from 7:30pm to 23:00pm i asked her to send an urgent request because i need it to be done. i called again i spoke to Evan he went to Mpho and he came back and told me that she sent the request. i called again i spoke Maggie she asured me that my number is on the queue it will go through activation from 7:30 by Tue my phone will be working still Tue none spoke to Malefetsane he again escalated.
