The worst service eve

I WANTED TO PORT TO Vodacom from my Cell C NUMBER so I went to the Lakeside mall branch in benoni and was told that I can not port on the weekend in the branches only through the customer care centre she told me to buy a Vodacom sim card which I did. I then asked her if I don't need to Rica it and she said No you don't have to. I then phoned the call centre and they told me I must I must Rica the sim card for it to go through I was given the number to sms for porting and told to sms the bar code of the sim card. I went to the east rand mall since I was in that area at that time I Rica 'd the sim card and left. I smsed the barcode to the given number and got a confirmation that it had been approved and that it will be activated on the 02/09 . Monday afternoon I phoned the porting department to check on the progress and I was told its in the process I must wait till after 6pm. I got home and my network dropped on my cell
C line but my Vodacom dint have network called the porting department only to tell me me that my porting request was cancelled on sunday. So that means I have lost my number. How frustrating can this be Please tell me fix this I want my number back immedi
