Paying for service not received!!!

Every month we have the same problem with this service provider. Actually it is a joke to call them a service provider because they do not provide anything, they want you money every month but then, o boy you have to fight with them to get what you pay for.,
We have spoken to the Supervisor Juliet and to a consultant Miles to sort out this problem. We pay R150 each month x2 for our contracts plus all their extra fees coming to a total of R429. We are suppose to have a 1000 free sms's and every month we have to fight for these sms's on one of our contracts. this month I was told by Miles that I have exhausted by sms's by the 11th and they started charging me for sms's send after., they charged me from the 1st of the month and I went back and counted my sms's 96. 96 sms's send how the do you send up 1000 sms's in 11 days!!! this is getting old as this is the same excuse they gave me a couple of months back, when I received the statement I only send 200 sms's for the month. Please do not get any contracts from this supplier as they do not give you what you pay for or what they promise to you. they are all incompetent and...
