i ported from Vodacom to Cell C (contract number) on the 30/04/2013. upon completing my port, i experienced an OBF on my cell c unit as well as poor network coverage.
i contacted Cell C and they canceled my contract immediately. They advised me that i was now on Cell C prepaid, however i will still be able to port back to vodacom without waiting 90days as the cancellation was no fault of mine.
Cell C contacted vodacom & arranged for a port reversal to be done.
after numerous calls & emails, i am still waiting for a 'message 35' to be sent to me from vodacom to complete the port back to them.
i have emails in my possession, confirming Cell C's co-operation as well as Vodacom acknowledging the port reversal will be effected, but to date, nothing has been done.
i am running a business and this network issue is costing me potential clients.
could someone from the Vodacom porting department please resolve this issue ASAP. i would rather sort this issue out amicably rather than getting the press involved.
