I signed a new contract with Telkom Mobile & the cellphone supplied was not the one I had ordered so I returned it to the store the next day (on 26/06/2013). Telkom Mobile have still not cancelled the contract & I'm in touch with the salesperson who says he has sent contract for cancellation to the relevant department but nothing has happened. I'm most disappointed as I have a debit order & I'm now going to be billed for something that I dont have. I'm most disappointed.
